Remove Hardpan From Powder Makeup

If your powdered makeup, bronzer, or blush is hardened, then it likely has hardpan. Hardpan is when the oils from your skin transfers onto the powder. Fortunately, it’s easy to remove and have your makeup working good as new. Just take some scotch tape and dab it over the top of the powder. It will lift away the hardened layer easily.
