Greg Gianforte serves as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Montana. He was charged with assaulting a reporter in 2017 yet he only received a small fine and mandatory anger management, as well as the tacit endorsement of the President of the United States.  Gianforte earned the majority of his wealth in the private sector as he worked extensively in the world of computer technology and software.
