President Ford Bootlegged Coors, Sort Of

During the Presidency of Gerald Ford, his staff would routinely stock up Air Force One with cases of Coors Beer on trips out west.  At the time, Coors Beer was only available in 11 western States.  President Ford was so fond of the beverage that he had the White House supplied with Coors due to the Air Force One “bootlegging”.
